JOB DESCRIPTION
We are a distribution-centric organization in line with the penetration of a brand through E-Commerce/digital marketing and contemporary distribution.
We are looking for dedicated E-Commerce Executive. You will be working under our E-Commerce arm as part of the team’s effort to establish a watch brand on various online platforms, through the utilisation of our existing resources while exploring new ways of distribution (online and offline).
Responsibilities:
The ideal candidate will be responsible for executing our marketing strategy which include creating brand awareness, carrying out preliminary market research, establish a strong presence in marketplace and optimising A&P spending.
- Work closely with E-Commerce manager and support team in running and managing the marketplaces (Shopee and Lazada).
- Execute marketing plans of E-Commerce manager in order to achieve the desired revenue growth and profitability of the business.
- Monitoring and tracking progress of performances through relevant metrics; and reporting back to E-Commerce manager.
- Resourceful planning and executing on paid and non-paid advertisement.
- Liaise with digital marketing agencies and other external vendors to plan and execute marketing plans.
- Handle social media accounts of brand.
- Any other duties and tasks in line with the direction of brand expansion.
Requirements:
- Diploma/Degree holder in Commerce/Business Studies, Marketing or equivalent
- Minimum 1 year working experience in E-Commerce /Sales & Marketing
- Preferably experienced in managing online businesses
- Strong marketing and branding awareness
- Strong business and operation sense
- Passionate in the use of SEO, social media and popular networking from internet to generate sales growth
- Possess creative marketing talent, good communication, interpersonal and presentation skills.
