Admin Assistant-Service & Repair Center

JOB DESCRIPTION

We are an established distributor of timepieces, consumer electronic products and electronic musical instrument (piano & keyboard). We are looking for a dedicated admin assistant to join our Service & Repair Center team.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Ensure company’s turnaround time for service is met.
  • Ensure all repaired or service items received are keyed in to the system on timelymanner and ordering of spare parts from principal are in order.
  • To ensure customers’ orders, complaints and collection are promptly attended to andresolved timely.
  • To prepare the repaired/serviced items for courier pick up.
  • Provide customer with product and service information.
  • To ensure that inquiries and complaints are monitored, dispatched and resolved withintimeline.

 

Requirements:

  • Minimum SPM/Diploma/Degree holder or equivalent.
  • Minimum 1 year of working experience preferably in Service Center or administrationenvironment.
  • Strong in administration skills
  • Computer literate and familiar with Microsoft Office application.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal in BahasaMalaysia and English will be an added advantage.
  • Confident in handling customer inquiries.

Corporate Sales Executive

JOB DESCRIPTION

We are an established distributor of timepieces, consumer electronic products and electronic musical instrument (piano & keyboard) of brand names Casio, G-Shock, Baby-G, Edifice, CAT and Reebok. Our company is looking for a dedicated Corporate Sales personnel for our corporate sales section. Remuneration includes basic salary, sales & collection commission.

 

Responsibilities:

  • To service and manage the corporate accounts and channel distribution to achieve the sales target set.
  • Identify and develop new market/account to increase company’s brand representation and sales revenue.
  • Manage the corporate accounts product enquiry, sales and collection.
  • Plan, develop and execute yearly business plans.
  • Assist customers in defining their requirements based on the products we carried andpropose solutions to meet customers’ needs.

 

Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least SPM/ Diploma in Business Studies/ Management or equivalent.

E-Commerce & CRM Manager

JOB DESCRIPTION

Reporting to the General Manager, the Ecommerce & CRM Manager is responsible for amplifying direct to consumer online sales growth at large. This includes maintaining the www.mymarcostore.com platform, helping to design and develop new content, enhancing and executing our digital marketing strategy, and providing regular analytics.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Be responsible for digital marketing and CRM for the group, including developing and implementing our digital strategy supporting our key brands and business objectives.
  • Drive digital marketing to support e-commerce platforms and strengthen the e-business proposition.
  • Use CRM to develop campaigns for policy renewals and retention thru understanding customers behaviour and engagement activities while utilizing data models and segmentation to implement effective campaigns
  • Responsible for setting monthly targets for e-commerce platform and proposing mechanics and activities in order to ensure targets are achieved.
  • Design, build and maintain our social media presence and communicate to appropriate cross-functional teams for app, social media, search and digital advertising alignment.
  • Measures and reports the performances of all marketing campaigns and assess against the target.

Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess Diploma/Degree in Marketing or equivalent.

Requirements:

  • Minimum Diploma or Degree holder in graphic designing preferred.

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for the Above the Line (ATL) and Below the Line (BTL) marketing activities, campaigns and digital marketing.
  • Develop and implement innovation marketing activities offline and online and campaigns to drive higher customer retention and loyalty. Monitor and review the effectiveness of brand campaigns.
  • Generate creative materials, templates and collateral.
  • In charged of the stock planning & monitoring of the stock ageing for the assigned product categories.

You will be working under our E- Commerce arm as part of the team’s effort to establish a watch brand on various online platforms, through the utilisation of our existing resources while exploring new ways of distribution (online and offline).

 

Responsibilities:

The ideal candidate will be responsible for executing our marketing strategy which include creating brand awareness, carrying out preliminary market research, establish a strong presence in marketplace and optimising A&P spending.

  • Work closely with E-Commerce manager and support team in running and managing the marketplaces (Shopee and Lazada).

Visual Merchandiser

JOB DESCRIPTION

Responsibilities:

  • Plan artwork changes & implement creative visual merchandising strategies for the timepiece brand.
  • Prepare proposal and compile reports in regards to merchandising. Liaison with brand principal will be required from time to time.
  • Create appealing and eye-catching visual displays that lead the customer to the products and also plan merchandising for new product launches, festive or seasonal themes.
  • Produce window displays, signs, interior displays, floor plans and special promotion displays.
  • Oversee the production of display materials and liaison with multiple suppliers.
  • Brief dealers (watch shop) retail staff on the visual merchandising guideline.
  • Manage execution and installation of setup and display.
  • In-charge of the preparation or compilation of documents related to merchandising including submission of payment to suppliers and reports.

 

Requirements:

  • Possess SPM/ Certificate/ Diploma.
  • Minimum 1-2 year of working experience in Visual Merchandising.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Candidates with knowledge or ability to use designing software such as Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop etc is preferred but not compulsory.
  • We prefer someone who is organized, resourceful and enthusiastic with a keen eye for current trend.
  • Ability to visualise and conceptualise.
  • Able to adapt, be a team player and possess good communication skills.
